Dinverantix ("we", "us") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we do so and what rights you have. This policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to all visitors of dinverantix.com.

The controller for the processing of personal data through this website is Dinverantix, established at Keizersgracht 284, 1016 EV Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87 219 654.
2. What data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your first name and your email address. In addition, we collect anonymised statistics about the use of our website, such as pages visited and approximate location at country level.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data solely to send you the weekly Eco newsletter, to improve our editorial content and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. Once you unsubscribe, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within thirty days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and receive a copy of your data. You may also object to processing. Please send an email to redactie@dinverantix.com to exercise these rights. If you believe we are not acting correctly, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption and limited access rights within our team.

This privacy policy may be updated when legislation or our way of working changes. The most recent version is always available on this page.
